Testimonials

  • When I first saw it in a photograph, it moved me immediately. The original captivated me even more with its balanced, harmonious yet tension-filled form. We enjoy the piece every day — in the dining area, resting on a pedestal in front of a plain exposed-concrete wall, it looks especially striking. We can wholeheartedly recommend Susan Broy's art! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the exchange through to the final handover at the foundry was very pleasant and personal — thank you, Susan!

  • A work of art that moves, touches, and stays with you… distinctive pieces you want to rediscover every day. Su is experimental, open to new materials, and plays with form. I am very much looking forward to her next pieces.

About

Susan Broy

I DON'T MAKE ART – I ONLY EXECUTE IT

IT EMERGES WHEN ENERGY GATHERS AND THE MIND OPENS. THEN I SINK INTO THE MOMENT, AND ART IS CREATED

Time in the studio is my personal retreat — quieter and more fulfilling than any holiday. In the end, my art is exactly that: a shared piece of lifetime that hopefully carries a little of this calm and joy.
My art moves between architectural clarity and figurative depth. I create objects that are physically heavy, yet freeing the mind when viewed and letting calm settle in. Art to linger with, to slow down, to breathe, to reflect.

Representative, timeless, and lasting in value.

Come by and see for yourself! I look forward to meeting you and introducing you to my art. Jour fixe every first Sunday of the month between 11 am–2 pm, or by appointment.

Warmly Susan Broy

A Look Inside the Studio

Welcome to where the work begins

Coffee, time, and a healthy measure of creative chaos. That’s all it takes for an idea to become art. My studio is my retreat; here I lose track of time and let something new take shape.

But art only truly comes alive in dialogue, so I open my doors. For everyone who wants to see how and where my works come into being.

Come by: Every 1st Sunday of the month 11 am–2 pm

Individually | Just write to me and we’ll set a date.

(If I’m on holiday, you’ll find a short update on my website. We’ll simply make up for the visit later.)

One small request: Let me know briefly before you set out. I just want to make sure there’s enough coffee in the house when you arrive.

I look forward to seeing you.
